RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Damaged/Defective Product or Wrong Item Received?
We are pleased to offer a 30-day return policy on unopened Nano Magnetics products. We find that we have remarkably low return rates and we are proud of the high quality magnetic products that we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on items that have not been opened, used or tampered with. Please contact our customer service department or send an email to avoid waiting on the phone during busy periods.

30 Day Money Back Return Policy
We will gladly refund your order for the full price of any returned merchandise less shipping & handling fees in the event that you are unsatisfied with any items you have purchased. However, we will only accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase.

Need To Return An Item?
To make a return or exchange, please contact us first at info@nanodots.com within the industry leading thirty (30) day return period. We will then issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). All Nano Magnetics products must be shipped back unopened in the original packaging and the packaging must not be defaced in any way or a return will not be issued. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice or receipt.

  1. Print out a new return form. Click here for a new form.
  2. Collect the item(s) you wish to return (please be sure to include all packaging and labels) and place in an appropriately sized box. Be sure to package the items so that they arrive intact.
  3. Please note: Items MUST be in complete resalable condition, in the original sealed packaging with all packaging complete otherwise a credit will not be issued.
  4. Fill out the information requested on the return form and put it in the box.
  5. Place your item(s) and original receipt in the shipping box.
  6. The ship to address for the package will be:

  7. Go to your local Post outlet or courier of choosing, you will be responsible for return shipping charges, be sure to get a tracking number.

Please note: We will refuse any packages sent cash-on-demand (COD). Be sure to pay for your return shipment at the time you send it.

Resolution: You can expect that your return will be resolved within 10 business days of receipt of your return. Once the product has been received and is determined to be in resalable condition a refund will be credited to you.
