A dodecahedron is any polyhedron with twelve flat faces, and the most vertices (corners) of the 5 Platonic solids ~ Tetrahedron, Cube, Octahedron, Dodecahedron, and Icosahedron. The dodecahedron is the only one with pentagonal faces.
